The time has come. Barb and Sue have made the tough decision to end the publication of The Valley Voice as of December 31st. Sue needs time to deal with her husband’s medical issues as well as her own. Barb has also decided it is time to say goodbye. The past 35 years have been rewarding for all those who have been involved with the publishing of the paper in print as well as on-line. We have appreciated the loyalty of our advertisers. Without them there wouldn’t have been a printed paper for 31 years. Those who took the plunge with us for four years with the new on-line version, we are especially grateful.
Thank you to all our readers who stuck with us through every phase of The Valley Voice. As we look back on all the friends we have made locally and throughout the United States, we feel very blessed. We have gotten to know so many of you through your contributions of news, phone calls and notes of encouragement.
So, dear friends, our wish for all of you for 2016 is the very best life has to offer.
